Overpriced for faulty product

Wacoal - Overpriced for faulty product

I bought 2 Wacoal bras at our local Dillard's store. They were advertised as the most comfortable bras that had some support.

I tried on my size (a 38) and it felt comfortable. I chose another style in the same size. It was too snug, so I tried on a 40, and it felt ok but a little tight. I figured it would be fine since it was a larger size.

It kept feeling a little too tight and at the end of the day it was unbearable (I have reflux and a tight-fitting bra makes it worse. I finally purchased an extender, but it got lost in the wash. I then measured and discovered the 40 is at least 2" shorter than the 38! The store actually shut down so I couldn't return it.

I contacted Wacoal customer service, but they didn't do anything but suggest I contact the customer service of the department store I bought it. They didn't do anything either since they have a 30 day limit. I felt Wacoal should have provided a replacement since they mislabeled it.

Too much money for a mislabeled bra I can't wear. The support isn't as great as they claim either.

Resolved: Broken wire on sport bra

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I called again and talked to their customer service department.

The wire broke in one of the sports bra I purchased from Wacoal. The initial customer service rep I spoke with on 11/9 told me to return it and that I would get store credit to purchase a new one.

After waiting a few weeks for my store credit I call again today and am told that I won't receive a refund or replacement because I had purchased over 3 months ago. This was never communicated to me. They received my return on 11/13. I was quite clear with the customer service rep when the bra was purchased and she even looked up the order number and told me it was fine since it is a quality issue.

I also have several others of the same bra which are older and held up just fine so clearly this one must have had a defective wire. I am not happy with company's customer service and their communication and feel that I was misled.

They do not stand behind their products. I will not buy from them again.

Horrible service

I purchased three bras. All of them arrived with damage, mainly unraveling seams. I used the chat to try to get a refund or replacement. Talked to three very rude women who told me it "wasn't their concern". They refused to pass me to a manager and said they "had already addressed the issue." They did nothing to help me at all. Will never buy again.

Wacoal Has Bad Customer Service

Wacoal is a women's underwear company. I like them (USED to like them, anyway) because they sell uncommon bra sizes which would be hard to find elsewhere. However, they have TERRIBLE customer service. I asked some very basic underwear questions, things they should definitely have been able to answer right away. No one was able to answer me at all. They pretended they gave me the information that I requested, saying "we already answered you" and "this case is closed." But they in NO WAY ever did actually answer my simple product questions. The information that I did receive from the customer service people was not related to what I was asking. It is infuriating to receive emails saying "we already answered you" when they never addressed my questions at all. That is why I am writing this now. That is no way to treat a loyal customer. Then, they had the nerve to never email me back again. When I pointed out that they did not answer my questions, they just decided to ignore me and never respond again. Well, obviously they've lost a 20-year loyal customer. Completely rude and ridiculous. Wacoal - You were rude when you emailed me, never actually answered my questions, and then ignored me completely. I'm definitely never buying from your company again. I'm telling my friends and family about the bad customer service from Wacoal, too.
